Chase’s professional career has been dedicated to the insurance and investment business, insurance corporate management and business ownership. As a native of Central Florida and graduate of UCF with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Chase continued to further his education by achieving industry professional certifications of Certified Financial Manager (CFM), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).

Chase served his Country in the United States Marine Corps as a Water Safety and Survival Instructor responsible for training Marines, Marine pilots and Recon.  He also served in a top confidential position in a department of intelligence.     


Chase has also served on Condominium, Homeowner and Marina Association Boards, insurance agent advisory committees and as the Chairman for City's Economic Development Advisory Board. Star Herbig and Chase are known for their charity work and community involvment.

Star’s professional career has been dedicated to the insurance and financial services business. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance and graduated Magna Cum Laude.  She also holds the distinguished Certified Risk Management (CRM) degree and Certified Insurance Counselor(CIC) certification.  

The past two decades Star has specialized in insuring Associations, multi-family and other habitation type risks.  She also has earned the professional certification of Community Association Service Provider (CASP) and is a State certified Community Association Manager (CAM) continuing education trainer.  Star also served as one of the advisors for Florida’s habitation insurance reform which led to many positive outcomes for associations and multi-family communities.

Star is recognized as a highly ethical professional with unmatched experience and skill in customizing insurance programs for inland and coastal associations and other habitation risks.

Pam has been employed with HIG for the past 20 years as the HR coordinator and corporate administrator. Pam holds a State of Florida insurance license and highly knowledgeable managing our corporate affairs including agent licensing and continued education requirements.
